


I think I would work on getting past the Keyboard Error first. If they are wired are they plugged into the same places they used to be when the system worked properly? If the system used to work properly what do you think happened to it since the last time it worked properly?Īre the keyboard and mouse wired or wireless? Has the system ever worked properly in the past? One short beep on power up is usually good and any other kind of beeps could indicate a problem so what do you hear? Sometimes when there is a POST error it will be accompanied by a beep code. We also see USB Devices 0 (zero) and I don't know if that is normal or not. So the BIOS is not detecting a keyboard and that has nothing to do with Windows since Windows isn't even loaded yet - so you need to figure that out first and get past the Keyboard Error.
